‘THERICHNET’ IS JUST ANOTHER ONLINE SCAM STORE!

TheRichNet.com Scam Site Exposed.

When we say that TheRichNet.com aka ‘IRICHLIFE’ is a scam, we may to say, they are part of a huge online shopping scam network the likes I have not witnessed ever. Any store that has the following in their content then please run and report them to us or to another scam busting site:- “…we love every passion and interest on Earth because it is a reference to your UNIQUENESS. And to spread exactly that…is our core vision..” is their biggest tell-tale sign of a scam. That is as good as a confession all day long and twice on sunday – and here’s why

There are a number of emails that are associated to their overall network and so do beware always of customerservice@serviceon.online, info@igoodos.com, service@dowfeel.com, tiamokx@tomailme.com etc. Many times they use the same email address for multiple sites and that is a sure-fire scam sign.

You may Google the quote in the first paragraph in this section and you maybe shocked to see no less than 26 pages in Google of seemingly different online companies alas they are all the same network. If we keep on Googling their emails we regularly find ten pages, 4 pages, 6 pages etc of other sites using some other of their emails.

AND THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME ‘UNIQUENESS’ QUOTE IN THE SAME ‘ABOUT US’ SECTIONS OF THEIR SITES – NOT SMART!

we love every passion and interest on Earth because it is a reference to your UNIQUENESS. And to spread exactly that...is our core vision

“...we love every passion and interest on Earth because it is a reference to your UNIQUENESS. And to spread exactly that…is our core vision..” scam script!

Avoid all sites like the ones above and so we will leave it there as we have proven too many times now such sites are not legit.

Final Thoughts.

TheRichNet.com is a scam. You may Google any additional info on their site and you will find that their addresses for their online scams are all fake. They never leave a founders name, and if you want to research each site in turn, most of them have many scam reports. You are welcome to leave your thoughts below on this network and any additional info is always appreciated.

Soy uno más que cayó en la trampa y recibió un timbre de juguete en lugar del lindo timbre que ofrecían en la red.
He reclamado tanto a Irichlife como a PayPal y no he tenido respuesta.
Finalmente llegué a este sitio para darme cuenta que los tipos son unos estafadores.
Como detenerlos? Hay algo que se pueda hacer alertando por la red a los posibles incautos?

exactly the same happened to me but pay pal wouldn’t accept that it was significantly diferent, they claim it was a quality issue, refused my claim and closed the resolution complaint. Paypal is aiding and abetting the scammers and should be brought to task. Ihave closewd my paypal account for good.

Thank you Graham and you are probably right to close your account with them because some of the staff there just get it plain wrong sometimes when they really should not.

There maybe needs a disputes authority over all payment providers as the real final say because its not fair on consumers to lose cash.

Thank you Graham for your report here today.

I too was scammed with the cheap doorbell. Paypal resolved it by saying I could send it back for a full refund. Shipping is $26+ so if I do that and they don’t refund I’m out even more money. Paypal was therefor ZERO help. These people need to be jailed. Lesson learned about dealing with China directly. I’ve done it before successfully but these scammers have taught me a lesson.

I’m so angry. I got scammed by IRICHLIFE. I bought the WUUK Smart doorbell. The price was $29.99. Should have known better, “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is” it sucks to get scammed. They sent a toy musical doorbell they reported to Customs at a value of $8.00. Never again will I order from China. Yes, their email doesn’t work. Phone number is a joke. Well I hope karma gets them, and good! Better yet, I hope they get the Corona virus. 😉😂

I have contacted my credit union about my cc. Never had to do this before so I’m hoping it goes well. Shouldn’t be problem bc there is no way to communicate with the seller as I have explained to my cc and documented other buyers with the same problems.

I contacted them and also escalated to PayPal and they ate trying to offer half the money I paid for and want me to keep the shits the sent or to send it back to them with my own cost.

I ordered the same smart doorbell and also got a cheap musical doorbell. i paid through paypal, total about $35.00,
their resolution is for me to send it back to China at my expense with all the tracking numbers for a full refund, it would cost more then that 35.00 to do that, not worth it lesson learned!!

Exactly the same experience as the others for the door bell bought from IRICHLIFE. I’m also very angry, who needs a toy musical doorbell! Impossible to contact them so definitely a scam! I paid through paypal. Would like to know if anyone has actually got a refund.

This is an update on my message from yesterday. I contacted paypal and received a response within hours. They suggested I open a dispute in their Resolution Centre by doing this I would be communicating directly with the seller to resolve the problem. Can’t say that I felt at all confident about this since I had tried other ways to contact the seller for weeks and just reached a blank wall. I opened a dispute based on the following eligibility:
        .
“Significantly not as described disputes: If you received an item that’s significantly different from the seller’s original description, you can open a ‘significantly not as described’ dispute. When you open a ‘significantly not as described’ dispute, you may be responsible for return postage costs. ”

Although I didn’t like the idea of having to pay for return postage costs if it came to that, I just felt that I wanted some kind of justice by exposing these scammers. Miraculously however and within 24 hours I received a message saying that the full amount has been refunded to my paypal account (which it has). Still need to see if that reaches my bank account (can take a few days according to paypal) but it’s a step in the right direction and if this works I was not even asked to send back the toy door bell (who would want it anyway!). Paypal consider my case now closed so fingers crossed! All this was done within 24 hours and it was only by reading this website I realised what options were out there to get my money back. Thank you “scamwitness.com”.

        Good luck everyone.

In this case i feel Paypal have let us down, very disappointed in their handling.
Paypal is gutless in dealing with this matter because Paypal actually sided with them and want me to return the toys with my own expense and had given me 10 days to return it or else i won’t be entitle for a refund with the added conditions of can not use express post or any of the well know couriers such as DHL etc.
IRICHLIFE is obviously using a loophole to send us a cheap toy and knowing the cost of courier and that we won’t be sending it back and therefore won’t be entitle to refund.
Going forward i will where possible won’t be using Paypal for anymore purchasing nor will use site that is unknown, will stick to Amazon or Ebay for all online purchases.

I am glad that I am not the only one, that got ripped off. I got a cheap doorbell instead of the video doorbell that was advertised on their website. You can’t contact them and if you are lucky enough to get an email to them they won’t return one. this is a scam and I have turned it over to paypal.

They got me too! I have sent various emails including one to the website of the branded smart doorbell to alert them to this and for their advice. I will be on to the paypal now about this. I had found the captcha code on “contact us” page to be a problem when I messaged them about delivery. I got it through eventually and they actually responded. I have since used the “contact us” page again and first attempt failed so I reset the page and got through on the second attempt. Let’s see what they have to say. The delivery package comes with their address and telephone number so I will be passing this on if nothing comes of the messages. What a corrupt nation! That is a bit of sweeping statement but I have not heard anything positive and this compounds my thoughts.

i ordered a “Smart Doorbell” from Irichlife which I found on Facebook, which was meant to be “the worlds most advanced smart doorbell” – the kind with a camera and an app for your phone, I was sent a bog standard chime doorbell which was utter rubbish – literally a fraction of the price of what I ordered. they refused to send me what I ordered, or a full refund, saying that I could keep the crappy ordinary doorbell, and they’d give me a partial refund – very small amount compared to what I paid. Its a definite scam. I’ve raised a dispute with paypal.

Exactly the same experience for myself as with Hannah – word for word accurate.
When I emailed them (as a reply message to the order confirmation email they had sent me, it came back as ‘Recipient not Found’ – then, when I composed an email to their ‘contact us’ email system within the website it would not accept the captcha code to enable me to send my message (tried several times but without success).
