What Is ‘Rose Feels’ – Our RoseFeels.com Reviews / Customer Reviews.
Hello, and welcome to this short ‘RoseFeels‘ Review, about www.roesfeels.com. They are a new e-store and yet, they state in their ‘ABOUT US’ section of their site, they have been around since 2012 and have captured over one million customers reaching over fifty countries. RoseFeels.com has only been online since 2020! Very suspicious. Please report all such suspicious sites to our List of Scam Websites Fake E-Stores 2000+ 2020 / 2021 Section for review.
www.rosefeels.com was registered 2020-07-24 for a year and appear to be using a privacy protection service from their hosting provider. So and obviously we do not presently know their business location.
They did not leave their founder name, email, or phone number, and this is not a good sign. Genuine companies will leave this data and register their business for longer than one or two years.
email@example.com is their email address. Let us Google that now and see if it appears on other e-stores. It happens that scammers, of which we are not claiming ‘Rosefeels’ presently are, will use the same info on many e-stores.
Quatro House Lyon Way Frimley Road Camberley Surrey United Kingdom GU16 7ER. Now we research this to see if they are where they are saying they are located. Fake sites tend to leave false addresses.
Google Maps makes no mention of ‘RoseFeels’ presence and you can check that link, which should open in a new link, to view our research. And so it looks to be a fake address.
We can not locate any contact name for customer service, missing phone number and so that is not good. Businesses clearly need these business tools to make contact with customers, and vice versa, for sales.
Their ‘Help Center’ is the same as their ‘Contact Us’ section and so that is a redundant button on their website menu.
They do not appear to have any social media on their site to share their goods. One item we clicked on has a 46% reduction discount, and for a new e-store, that is too much.
New online stores can take months on end to generate even one sale and so when we see new online shops offering these discounts, then something may be wrong.
However, we can not locate any scam reports. No bad reviews. ‘RatingPlease’ has good reviews, but ratingplease.com we have written about and noticed some reviews were glowing when the site in question was not good.
Those that fear they have given their payment info to a fake e-store should contact their payment provider. If your parcel is taking too long contact the e-store owner, by whatever means they have provided.
If ignored, or fobbed off, then record all communications, take a screenshot of the purchase order page, tracking page, confirmation receipt, and provide all this as proof of purchase.
Also, if the weight on the tracking page is too light then that is proof they are sending you something else other than what you ordered. Of course, that is a scam.
No business transparency. Has a Facebook page, which of course is good, phone and name are missing. They are new but they have lied about their level of success <- this is our main concern.
Unfounded claims are never a good sign and something to always watch out for when buying online. We feel strongly our verdict is fair given we also were not able to verify their business address.
