What Is Prcedo.com – Is ‘Prcedo’ Scam or Legit E-Store? Review

Prcedo.com Scam Alert? – Our ‘Prcedo’ Review.

Welcome to our short review on Prcedo.com. We see some complaints about www.prcedo.com that people have not received receipts about purchase. One Report that is happy to have gotten their weed eater for $80. Seems like there are conflicting reports! We are going to dig deeper, in key areas, that may shed more light on this site.

Those with customer reviews are very welcome to participate in this discussion by leaving what you know in the comments. When we have many genuine customer reviews, i.e. are not positioned by false ones, we can highlight bad sites and make good one’s stand out and shine. In this way we are looking forward to your views below this article in the space provided.

scam or legit

Prcedo.com Review Guide For ‘Prcedo’ E-Shoppers.

  • We all know that ethical businesses have transparent information about their founder, dept heads names, location info and contact data. We begin to find out when Prcedo.com was registered online. There appears to be a lot of interest in this site, but not a lot of research expended on that site.
  • We look inside WHOIS and type in ‘PRCEDO’ into that sites search engine. The date of domain registration was in 2019/03/26 and registration was for 365 days. That is short! We see that they updated on the same date as well. So they could be online far longer then this date.
  • Founder is absent and really, even if we are dealing with a legit site, we completely do not understand why you would leave that out. It just seems unnecessary and may cause undue suspicion.
  • They are using an address of 14455 N Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. This address is popping up a lot lately and it is used to hide the location of the companies that use it. Therefore it is not their address and so we must look to their site for this information including contact data.
  • We do find an address in their ‘CONTACT US’ section of 11402 rio secco rd. Frisco, TX 75035 United States. Name of the founder it seems is Brooke Gilliam. However, Zillow.com reveals to us that this address appears to be a residential property. This is a bad sign indeed! Why is a seemingly legit business giving this address.
  • At times fake sites will give addresses to try to convince people of their legitimacy. Many people will just glance that address, and see ‘USA’, and think ‘all is good’. All is not good. Always Google addresses, names, emails, phones numbers and any bit of info on a site to ensure they are not attached to scam reports.
  • Email address of brookegilliamme@gmail.com reveals nothing to us in Googles search results. What pops out as strange is that they have not a customer phone number! Why would a legit business not have a founder name, a business address linking to a residential property, no phone  number and so these are all bad signs.
  • These are the key areas regarding a site. For us they have failed this basic criteria to be called a legit site.

Final Thoughts.

SCAM! People who have customer reviews are welcome to leave them in the comments. There maybe those that have received their goods? Then we want to hear from you even though we believe they are fake, still…., we see One Report saying that they have got what they have ordered.

Did you receive your receipt of your purchase?

Is customer support ignoring you?

Order arrived and received what you paid for?

Prcedo.com is not the only site lately we believe to be dishonest. Be careful of Kortee.com, MegaDeals.Ltd (changed to ‘NOT RECOMMENDED’ but reports keep coming on saying ‘scam’), Kmkai.com, Onreek.com and so see our Latest Articles below for more.

On June 7, 2019 I ordered a portable ice maker. The cost of the product plus shipping was published at $60.97 which I paid for with my credit card. When I looked at my charge card statement they put the charge through for $65.81. I logged in to their website to check the status of my order since I haven’t received a confirmation email OR the product and it says:
    DATE ORDER STATUS COMMENTS
    06/07/2019 Pending
    06/07/2019 Success

I sent an email and of course I have yet to receive a response. I called my credit card company to report the amount as fraudulent since I only approved $60.97 and in addition I still have not received the product. I should have done my research on such an obscure company. I hope my bank can reverse the charge and make me whole. Otherwise, I just donated $65.81 to some Scammer.

I ordered a portable electronic device at prcedo.com from a google search. I viewed and printed the order receipt. I received a paypal payment receipt. I first became suspicious when I later went to to the prcedo.com home page to see what else they had to offer and only found women’s dresses. When I received a shipping advise from paypal I tracked the package and found that it was delivered to an address (not my address) one day before I placed the order. After several attempts to contact prcedo customer service by email and the contact form on their website, I never received a reply.

Take an image of where they delivered the goods Ken and show that to PayPal. That is 100% proof you have not received your goods for your cash. Let us know what PayPal does as many are complaining about them for siding with scammers. Thanks for your report Ken and look forward to any up dates going forward.

I placed an order with Precedo.. The order status kept saying pending.. I emailed several times to see why and never got a reply, then my bank (Wells Fargo) emailed me that they declined payment as suspicious.
Then i found this blog and figured i might as well post my story..

I ordered a Petsfit 2-Story Weatherproof Outdoor Kitty Cat House/Condo/Shelter with Escape Door 20 Lx20 Wx32 H and after putting my CC info, it did not give me a receipt but error, so I entered again and they still did not provide receipt but it was charged to my CC. I tried calling them to correct double order mistake, but there is no telephone number listed, so emailed them and no response yet. Also, they billed the wrong amount to CC instead of what shows in my account with them. Billed amount should be $60.97, but they billed $60.75; no real company would do all these things. Do not order from them. Also on their website, there is no kitty cat house for sale!!

Negative Stars… I ordered a doggie step from Prcedo.com for $20.97, their site looks like the company is based in Frisco, TX 75035 with a Brooke Gilliam as the owner per their website… Well none of that is true, they are a ripoff scam based in China. I have emailed them 5 times and never received a single response! I am now disputing the transaction with Paypal as I am typing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY

I was looking for a “little bro” audio snake at a decent price. Came across the Prcedo site….and this thing is $50. These went up to like $130 because of the tariffs that are currently in force on Chinese goods. Now, you will find them for $80 for people that still have old stock, but never $50. Odd name, and clicking the home button takes me to a site that sells ladies dresses….Hmmm…does that seem odd? So, I hit this page. Thanks so much for having this up. I probably would have passed anyway thinking it twas a scam, but I feel pretty good knowing that was too good to be true.

I definitely new something didn’t seem right. Wanting to buy a little well priced push mower kinda like the one I had. Good ole Google. Has the same mower I had (MTD 150cc a few years newer & of course 1/3 of the price.) Should have known right there and I did! May 22, I sent PayPal a message letting them know my intent to purchase the particulars (price of course) and my concerns and asked if I should an or could purchase insurance or buyers protection or should I cancel and not send payment at all.? Did not get a response after hours & I think nothing to date.? So I sent payment. Half Cash in Pay pal acct. other half on my Discover they had on file. Got a good ole Chinese/american tracking # I noticed was in the right format as I am a owner of a ship center. When I saw movement it was looking good. Went through customs OK. Yes, they gave me a day of Monday! Woo Hoo! Monday I noticed my pkg was on the truck for delivery! I will be mowing this evening right? Wrong! I live in LA. I did my magic before they delivered my pkg to a Tennesean. Then w/ my expertise I find out this package is 12x10x2! Grrrr!!I cant keep going. I need a minute. I will updte later…

It’s a scam, plain and simple. The way the web site works (or doesn’t) should have been my clue. I gave a cc for $60.97 for a mah jongg set worth twice the price. No confirmation…I immediately cancelled my credit card #. Also, I had put in another credit card prior which didn’t work. I cancelled that one too! I looked on my credit card account and guess what !!! I did not have a charge for $60.97, but I did have one for another company in Malaysia called CL Top Marketing SDN B for $65.56. So I called the credit card company and did let them know I did not make the $65.56 charge or even contact CL Top Marketing – it went to the fraud dept and they said they will take it off my account. IT’S A SCAM, PLAIN AND SIMPLE….

It’s called outletits.com ( I know what it looks like, but I didn’t come up with it) and it’s identical to the prcedo.com website. I would not do business with any online retailer who sells $400 portable air conditioners for $70, but that’s just me.

This site had a gorilla garden cart advertised. I went through the order process, put in my credit card number and hit submit. I got the order processing sign, then a message that the credit card was not accepted and instructed to put in another card. This raised suspicions because I checked the card number and it was not correct. I called the credit card bank and my card was put on hold when trying to purchase from this site. I was suspicious because on my iPhone I placed the gorilla cart in the website cart to purchase. But when I went to the site on my desktop to search for gorilla cart, none was found, only ladies dresses. I did not get a response to my email.

I also am curious about the nefariousness of this website.. On May 24th I was shopping for a set of strings for my bass guitar through Google Shopping, and PRCEDO offered a price ~$8 cheaper than everywhere else.. They had similar guitar products shown all in varying quantities of availability. Paypal portal gave me the feeling that this was a secure purchase, so I took the bait.
Later on, I actually entered the website’s original URL to check on my order, and lo and behold, there were no guitar products to be found.. only women’s dresses. First red flag. Second one came when I noticed the contact information is a personal email, and the address is a residential address 30 minutes from me, in Frisco, TX. NO ONE in their right mind gives out their full name and residential address on a public website.
One week later, I have since sent requests about the order via the customer support messaging, and to the personal gmail address, and have received nothing back. No shipping information updates are shown, nor even a tracking number.
I am now going to dispute this with PayPal, and I suspect like “Concerned Buyer”, I will receive the same results.. Going to try my best anyways. BEWARE OF THIS SITE.

I ordered a product from them May 29 and did not get the normal receipt and tracking email from them. After researching them I believe they are a fraudulent company. They did not respond to my emails and yesterday I gave up and notified Mastercard to challenge the charge. It was just a $30 purchase for nicotinamide riboside with resveratrol that normally sells for $48 everywhere else. What annoys me is that Google is allowing them to purchase ads to market this product. Here is their ad: https://www.prcedo.com/yr3m939h/thorne-research—resveracel—nicotinamide-riboside–niagen–with-resveratrol-and-cofactors-in-one-capsule—supports-healthy-aging—60-capsules.
Google should face some sort of accountability for allowing them to advertise. When I searched Google to find out how to report them Google states “At the bottom right of any New Sites page, or bottom left of any Classic Sites page, click Report abuse.” There was no such link on the PRCEDO.COM site. Still search for way to notify Google this is a bogus site.

You can go to WHOIS and find out their hosting providers name. You can complain to them and see what happens. Thanks for your comment here Jeffrey.

I ordered five tires from this company however I had to order them all separately…..weird. They charged me for all five and I received five emails from USPS stating shipping labels had been created but USPS was waiting to receive the packages. Today I got a tracking update that one of my items is expected to be delivered in a few days.

Ordered something from their site, figured it was worth a shot. It was a Fiskar X27 axe.. after opening a dispute i got a tracking number but it states “Small packets”. An axe is most certainly not a small packet. It’s currently “Processed Through Facility” but i’ll keep you updated on what i receive (or not receive).

Tracking showed it got delivered in a completely different state than i live. The PayPal receipt shows the correct address. I have no doubt it’s a scam and will proceed to argue through PayPal to get my money back.

Good to know and definitely pursue your refund because delivering to the wrong address, without good and obvious cause, is obfuscating their end of this business transaction. I wish you success and hope for a positiive outcome. Thanks for keeping us up dated Some random buyer.

Ordered a work bench from them on Monday. Nothing from them to verify the order. I did get a notice of the PayPal charge. Used a credit card and not my PayPal account
Email contact sent with no response.
The work bench had a shipping fee of $5 and change. Not enough shipping for the weight and size of the work bench.
    Afraid they are a fraud.

I also ordered a workbench type item from them… it did not come. The tracking number given said it was delivered to Chicago! … not where I live. I made attempts to cancel the order shortly after the purchase because I investigated too late. Now I tried to report it through paypal… hopefully in the next couple of months I will have my money back. What a shame that this can continue as long as it is!

I ordered a stroller from the website but the item does not come up when I search on the site. I have emails them twice and there is still no response. I am nervous because I never received a shipping/tracking number. If I do not receive a response by tomorrow I will cancel my order. I will keep you updated on what happens.

This website seems to be joined with another website yeaun.com which registered with the same information but on 3/29/2019. Unfortunately I was too excited about purchasing a Kayak for $74 that I made my purchase before searching reviews about the website.

I was just doing some research on Yeaun.com, and then suddenly seen your comment about them, and so that was a bit of a surprise LOL. You can always put in for a refund if it turns out nothing shows up for your cash or the order is wrong in some way. Thank you very much for your comment.

I ordered a baby crib for my daughter. It has not been received. The site is not answering me or answering my emails. I am a senior with a fixed income and really splurged with my $99 tax refund, money I had saved to go visit her instead but I wanted baby to have a crib and she is not working so she can stay home and take care of him. I need the refund! Electric coming due. I have never used PayPal before and don’t know what to do. Thanks.

Good to know PRCEDO is a scam site. Must be so, because I created an account simply to hold something they are selling in ‘My Cart’ till my payday. It is a – EUROBIKE EURX9 Mountain Bike – they are selling at the ridiculous price of $69.99. This very same bike is being sold on Amazon for $359.00 & FREE Shipping :

When I saw this price on their site I thought is was to good to be for real! I will NOT be buying from these slime…Thanks for the heads up!

I just ordered from PRCEDO and was alarmed when the seller’s name was all in chinese(?) but not until the receipt was created. They offered to take paypal and had a place to enter my paypal password (I realized later that maybe I hadn’t been actually redirected to the paypal official site. YIKES! It’s after hours for paypal phone help. I checked my paypal acct, it had already been charged, again in chinese letters, so I have no way to read it. Also, when I went back to my PRCEDO order page there was no place to cancel the order. I then immediately changed my paypal password. I then went to PRCED O reviews on google and saw the scam alerts… albeit a little too late for me since I had already ordered something. I will call PAYPAL first thing in the morning to see what else to do.
How can they get all your passwords? Just curious since you recommended that ALL be changed?

Hello, I was talking about how scam sites in general are known at times to steal your sensitive data. Some advanced scam sites can have a virus go into your device to hunt for sensitive information. That really is all I know regarding that. Hope that answers your question and so this is why it is a good idea to have a good anti virus to try to halt any infections.

I have placed an order for a laptop, paid through by PayPal. I recieved tracking information from out of Bejing China. It claims that the package description is: Small Packets. I have screenshots of the order, the paypal, and such on my phone. I will update everyone here with what is happens next. I dropped $75.00 on a 2-in-1 laptop/tablet. Very doubtful this is what I am getting.

Was pretty sure it was scammy, and so if this falls through, I am reporting as hard as I can complete with screenshots and more.

Go to USPS and ask them to look up your tracking number. They can tell you what city, state it is going to and the exact weight of the item. Save you some time wondering if and what is coming, like I did.

I purchased an item on Wednesday and still haven’t received a confirmation or a tracking number. However my paypal has been charged. I did send an email to customer support. Still no response. Should I just contact PayPal and try and get my money back?

Hound them for that information Adam and take images of you demanding that data, in case you need it for a refund. I am not sure if you should put in for a refund so soon. I would say make reasonable attempts to contact this company for this info and keep a record of that. Give it the time period for delivery and so then perhaps contact PayPal. Or you can contact them now and explain you fear they maybe a scam site. I can’t really tell you what to do with your own order in case I miss-advise and make the matter worse. Hope that helps Adam.

I disputed my purchase right away with PayPal. First for unauthorized use as according to PayPal I purchased a giftcard (I purchased an item not a gift card). Dispute was declined and so the reason was changed to item not delivered. Seller responded 2 days later with a tracking number. ‘The item’ is shipping from Beijing, China. That’s at least a 2 week waiting period for something to show up. Very deceptive. I live not too far from Frisco, TX and a part of me wants to drive to that house and ask them for more information. Change ALL your passwords, especially paypal. If this site isn’t legit then it’s a phishing site.

I didn’t visit the physical address, but I did go to USPS and asked them to look up the tracking number the seller provided in response to my PayPal dispute. I live in Texas and my item weighs 30 lbs. The tracking number, LT701223238CN weighs 1 lb and is on time to be delivered to Peidmont, SD on 6/7/2019. It’s been a slow process dispute wise, but I will eventually get my refund.

My question is, what are they shipping and to who, if anything. If I was always going to get my money back, they really wanted something else from me and I’m sure they got it. Otherwise why go through all the trouble.
Anyway, I knew from the beginning I should not have placed the order, but I still did.

I placed an order on Thursday. Seller sent a tracking number originating from Beijing, China in response to my payapl dispute. Change ALL your passwords!!! Other than that no contact from seller whatsoever. There are other websites set up similar to theirs (zodbuy.com, kmkai.com).

Sorry to interrupt this conversation here. We cover many scam sites. However, if you have a list of these sites I would be more than happy to expose them. Look forward to hearing from you Concerned Buyer.

Edited:- Just found a load of them! Thank you Concerned Buyer as they are going to be receiving my attention for this evening. Please still feel free to share all the info you have time to so to expose more of these sites.

They seem relatively unexposed so when I know when I expose a few, there maybe a stampede of other bloggers doing the same 🙂 , that’s if of course they are indeed fraudulent. Reviews will help along the way.

Oh! I read a report only once before like what you have just said there. Seems like that report, of which I have no way of finding on our site for all the thousands of comments, they were charged twice.

Just brace yourself for this and get ready to snap-back fast for a refund. Keep a record of all communications. Find your tracking info, e-receipt, take image of what is delivered to your door with address info on that package, take images of everything.

We are looking for the name of what you paid for and ANY conflicting data on what you get. Hope this helps and sorry you are going through this right now. ~ Philip.

P.S. Hopefully it is only a glitch.
