SCAM OR LEGIT?

LogModels.com – Why They are a Scam?

  • Logmodels.com was registered on the 2019/08/05 for one year with no founder name or business / contact info associated with that domain. Why has the founder set up this site and not even left their name? SO that is already suspicious. They are new site and so we must use caution until they have proven themselves as legit. Do not do business with any e-store that hides this info, for if things go wrong, who do you contact?
  • One year online is also a big scam sign. We see ethical businesses set up for many years because they know they have 1 or 2 years work to do first before they become successful. 12 or 24 months registrations are more likely to be hit-and-run sites.
  • We see on their website that they have 50% off for the Black Friday Sales. They are so new and yet already they can afford to give half price on all of their stock? WOW – so that is a huge scam sign for me. At that rate a legit e-store owner would be working for free.
  • Typically it is up to the e-store owner to give out discounts but that is usually only about 5% which comes out of their commissions. SO you must check with the rightful brand name holders if they are running discounts or not otherwise this maybe a scam baiting tactic.
  • By way of customer contact they have a form and nothing else in that page. I had to find it in their Return and Exchanges page, where it should be also, but what about their contact page? SO that is them hiding their information so they are not hounded by customers.
  • Why else would they not put it where clearly should be? Owners of these sites know that not even 10% of all of their visitors click on those pages, unless of course, something goes wrong. So watch out for weird returns pages that say stuff like “orders cancelled 24 hours after ordering, but before shipment, will charged a cancellation fee of 15%“.
  • That just seems strange to me.

Final Thoughts.

LogModels.com is not recommended. They have a site template that looks too alike other sites that we have deemed scam. You are welcome to let us know what you think about them in our comments. For me, their lack of business information e.g. their biz address etc is enough for me not to use them ever. Never give you payment info to a site if they have hidden this data.

I also bought the sweeping, mopping robot vacuum for 39.99. it took forever to get delivered, had to email logmodles. They apologize and I finally received this plastic bag with a beat up box. I opened it and look and behold, no sweeping, no mopping. I charged it and it was super loud. Louder than my Harley. I emailed them and told them this is not what I ordered. They said to take pictures and email them to prove it wasn’t the right one. I went as far as to send them a video. Their response was I could just keep it and they would give me a $10.00 voucher for their store. No money back. Why would I want to buy anything else from them, I already just gave them forty dollars for junk. SCAM

I, too, ordered 2 of the robot vaccuums and received two units of plastic toys that only plug in to power with USB .:(

I emailed them and actually did hear back. I was told to send pictures of the product. I will NEVER order from a Facebook ad again unless I know that they are legit. So tired of feeling duped…

The email I used to contact them is : sells@logmodels.com

    Not holding my breath…

I think I’m the new owner of two useless pieces of $#!%.

Complete scam. Got a piece of plastic that makes noise, doesn’t move. Nothing like what was posted on Facebook.

Hey Jon, I don’t work for the company in question. Contact Logmodels.com and ask them and if no joy contact your payment provider or advice. Sorry you are having trouble with this company.

I also ordered the “robot” 3 in 1 floor cleaner. I DID receive SOMETHING…but NOT what I ordered!! When I went to logmodels.com to complain the site no longer existed!! What I got was a plastic piece of crap, no housing unit, one flimsy rag, no way was it “self-cleaning” and there was no possible way to program it! And what instructions there were was printed on the BOX … in CHINESE!! It didnt even LOOK like the item in the ad!!

Thanks Gayle and yes they are closed down now. Legit sites do not just close down. Put in for a refund and let your payment provider know that logmodels.com is now closed. This really should strengthen your case no end.

I order 3 products from them. Did receive the robot vacuum but the other two items were not received. That was 2 weeks ago, but the vacuum was A simple lightweight I call a toy. False advertising. It is not working as it claimed. I tried to return the product. But the website was shut down as Dec 19.2019. Hope through Paypal I can get my money back.

Yes, they are gone with the wind. That is how fast they can come and go. Sorry to read about your experience with them and since they have prematurely close then I don’t foresee a problem. Let us know how this ends A. Chen.

    I too am a victim of logmodels.com!!
I ordered a robot vacuum and never received it.
I was able to contact them a couple of times with
email and they did reply giving me a tracking number
however it only got to the point where it was supposed to leave China and never went any farther. That was Dec. 4th.
I ordered the item around the 28th. of November. I have kept all of my emails and order information. I’m going to contact my card company with this complaint. I don’t know if it will do any good because I did make the transaction, but I just have to try!! I did not receive the item and now logmodels.com site doesn’t even exist anymore!!! Go figure!!! Thank you for giving people like me someplace to go to warn people to be careful, especially if you never heard of a site before. Always check reviews first!!
