AdBagShop.com Exposed – Potentially a Scam.
Having briefly glance at their AdBagShop.com website I am feeling they are not a legit store. So will have to find reasons for this ‘feeling’ and so we need to know who the owner is, where they are from, their email and or phone number and when their site was registered online.
Many times when we encounter problems in locating such obvious info that a business should have then we are inclined to say ‘scam’. Legit businesses just do not ever hide all of that data!!!
We see it so often now we wonder if this is the ‘new norm’ for the future of online shopping. There are plenty of people in the world that actively hunt online for knock-off-wears. Fine, but really, they are only helping to enterprise illegal activities online, and also, they run the risk of being ripped off themselves.
The sites registration date was on the 29/11/10 but only a year. One Year? For a new online business? That there is our first scam sign. We normally see real businesses set up for many years to come. Up to 2 years your business may not have even taken off yet, but one thing is for sure, it does take about 2 years before businesses begin to show signs of such.
There is no founders name, no business information, no contact data and nothing to go on but their sites registration date. So that is a very bad start. We go to their site now and see what they have for customer support.
Their Returns Address is 1961 NW 79th st., apt 106, Miami FL 33147, United States – apparently. SEE IMAGE BELOW:-
NO! Those are residential properties and so we have proven they are lying about their Returns Address. This is what scammers do. They steal the info of others to pretend they are from somewhere they are not. They hide all of their identity so they are free to defraud others for some tine.
But also, why would you hide your address in your Refund Policy Page? Would it not make more sense to put it in their already created ‘CONTACT US’ page / section / category-place? So this is another sign I see of a scam where founders actively hide their real or fake business information.
There is also an email address of email@example.com. Nothing too suspicious attached to that email address.
What legit business hides their business information? No phone number?! Wow! OK, so that would not be me giving payment information to a complete stranger online. We have no idea the real intentions of the owner until scammed. We are waiting on your reviews / scam reports / and yes positive reviews if you have any of those.
